Starting salary (Based on actual starting salaries paid in business year 2008)
Master's Degree: Monthly salary \225,000
University Degree: Monthly salary \203,000
Specialized vocational school graduate: Monthly salary \176,800
Allowances Family allowances, transportation allowance, overtime allowance, etc.
Bonuses Twice yearly: (July and December)
